Each Lumaify product is delivered from our workshop straight to your front door. Once your order is placed and the payment is confirmed, we’ll start getting your order ready. As soon as it’s ready for shipping, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your items on their journey. Our courier will contact you on the day of delivery to let you know when your delivery will be arriving.

Full Refund

We’re sure you’ll love your Lumaify lights or fictures but if for any reason you don’t, you can still return it for a full refund. We strive to make the process of returning an item as stress-free as possible. All you’ve got to do is let us know you want to return an item and we will arrange for the collection. Once everything is sorted the courier will get in contact with you to choose a date that suits you best. Our returns are of course entirely free!

Hassle Free Returns

We don’t see any success in selling you a light or ceiling rose and it not been in a loving home, therefore we offer simple free returns. Simply let us know you want to return something, we will arrange for collection. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll immediately begin processing your refund. Depending on the method of payment you used when placing your order, it can take up to 14 days for you to receive your money back.

Yes it will work with a dimmer switch. Please remember if you use a Led bulb the dimmer switch will have to suit an led bulb

Yes this light is chemical free, its made with Birch Plywood, Glue & finished with hardoil wax. With our special lights epoxy was used
